I have a 1999 rover 200 1.1 Hawaiian blue that has 50.000 km and is in mint condition. I'm thinking of tunning it I can't find information about how to fit a 1.4 16v head. I'm also looking forward to upgrading the throttle body and adding an exhaust valve and some 15' wheels. I don't want to engine swap etc. I'm looking towards maybe 70 hp. Can i please have some advice about this.

It would be possible to upgrade your 1.1 with a 16v head but the gains would be minimal. You could consider converting it to a 1.4 by changing the crankshaft and conrods to increase the stroke, but again it's a lot of work for little gain. An engine swap is the best way to gain any meaningful increase in power.
Personally I would leave the engine alone and enjoy the car for what it is. Make sure it's kept well serviced and has decent tyres fitted.

I have a lot of sentiment for the car and keeping it fairly original would be nice, i was considering engine swapping but most other rovers around where I live have 200k+, I might try by one from a friend who just did a rebuild on his 25 1.4 104hp but adding a compressor and a cheap tune would be cheaper than what he wants for it. Not long ago i saw a golf mk3 1.6 with a compressor and it had like a 15% increase. I'm also considering some 185mm Michelin pilot sports, I want to make it a fun weekend car so saving up for the project is not a problem.
