Hey, I just bought Rover 25 streetwise and my radio doesn´t work for CD. Its original Mg rover radio CD- 80. Whenever i put in the CD it shows error. Can you please help me? I dont know a lot about electricity. Thanks a lot.

If CDs you put in the radio are originals, then CD/Radio,should be inspected as it may be that CD is packed and not working any more. If not repairable from side of any radio specialists, new one might be the best option.

The Iovox CD80 unit is notoriously unreliable, and isn't very good when it works. MGR stopped using them after a year due to the warranty claims from faulty units. Shame they were so rubbish as they're a nice looking unit.

Your best best is binning your CD80 and getting a decent aftermarket unit which will be a straight swap.
