I was thinking...I’ve seen a few HHR tourers, whereby people have essentially grafted a 45 front end onto a Civic estate. Has anyone ever put a 200/25 front end on an R8 tourer?

I once saw a 200 front on an allegro 😆

I haven't seen it done on a Tourer, but I've seen photos of the R3 front end on the Tomcat Coupe. It doesn't really work as the R3's soft rounded front end jars with the squarer R8 body.

I thought that would be the case, it would take a lot of work to make the rear 'gel' with the front aesthetically. Would be interesting to see a photo of that though?
